Dear Clients,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the downtime on November 4, 2018. Due to a hardware faliure on one of our server's fans, the whole server went offline for two hours (from 07:10PM to 09:10PM). We have been in contact with the datacenter to replace the server's fans and regain access the server. All services are back online and we had no data loss. All SSD disks remains fully functional with no issues whatsoever. 

Again we apologize for this inconvenience and we are working with datacenter engineers to find a away to monitor our hardware parts to prevent such issues from happening again.
